Vacations are approaching and often this can disrupt our good lifestyle. We have put in place for a few weeks or even a few months.
Do I need this to do?
- This will make you feel good about yourself. You keep this feeling of well-being throughout the day. Because you know that you took the time to take care of yourself.
- This can also help in relation to the management of its nutrition because it is more sensitive when one has made sport.
- This also helps to keep a certain workout routine and it is easier to return from vacation to resume its usual rhythm as there has not been a long break.
How to be active?
There are many ways to stay active on vacation and I will give you some examples. Depending on what suits you best you c
an continue as you usually do. For more relaxed pace and coupled that with your activities. Walk during visits or more sporting activities.
You can do this during the day and accompany your spouse, family, and friends. If you think it might be complicated, plan some time for yourself. What we did personally is just get up 1 hour before. Our family to do a little workout at the hotel’s gym. It’s funny how we change because before this we actually don’t know. It would have been unthinkable when today we do it out of envy. What motivates us is the feeling of well-being that follows right after.
If you want to keep a physical activity, plan your workouts even if it’s only 20 to 30 minutes. If you do not plan them, you may not. You can do them in the morning just before taking your shower as it is done and you are quiet for the rest of the day. For those who are not in the morning another time may be the evening just before you take your shower before you go to the restaurant for your dinner. Again, even if it’s 10 minutes it’s already very good.
When you return home, immediately resume your good habits. Get back to your routine as soon as possible so you do not end up with a break. It is easier to continue than to resume. I hope that all these tips will help you feel in great shape on vacation and when you return
